The Asana toolkit provides Arcade tools that enable LLMs to interact with Asana, covering task management, project navigation, team and user lookup, tagging, and file attachments.
Capabilities
- Task lifecycle: Create, retrieve, search, update, mark complete, and fetch subtasks; attach files to tasks via raw text, base64-encoded binary, or external URL.
- Project & workspace navigation: List and retrieve workspaces, projects, and teams by ID or by membership of the authenticated user.
- People & tags: Look up users and teams by ID, list all users in a workspace, create and list tags, and retrieve tags by ID.
- Scoped context: Task creation auto-resolves to a single workspace when unambiguous; surfaces available workspaces on conflict.
OAuth
This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via the Asana provider. See the Arcade Asana auth provider docs for configuration details.
